Demon Apocalypse

First topic message reminder :

Shadow and a few survivors of the demon apocalypse are struggling to survive in a rustic house in Iraq.
Sonic isn't in it. Only Shadow, (Me) a few unofficial buddies and a bunch of demons.

I come out of the room, my eyes tinted red from sobbing over a lost lover. "No. But the question is: Are you a demon?" I ask the figure with the rifle.

"Would I be shooting and and asking you if I WAS?" There was an amused purr to the voice and suddenly a red-furred fox stood next to him "Crying over your girl?"

"Who are you people!?" Shadow yells at the figures.

Beltways lip curls up and he yells at the red furred fox, "Oh god, yes! She was so beautiful! She was innocent! When the demons came the.......Incinerated her! And they made me watch as she burned to death in a demonic furnece! I will kill everyone of those little bastards for taking her away from me!" I scream at the figure before I run out of the house into the desert looking for demons.

"I give him...an hour before he's either dead or demonfood" Twilight said, shaking her head
She slung her sniper rifle over her back

"Damn! Look, are you friends or foes!?" Shadow stops at the window.

Gunfire erupts in the distance. An explosion sends sand flying across the landscape.

"What was that? Just grab some weapons and give me a hand will ya!?" Shadow yells while hopping out the window.

"Friend, depending if you're willing to not be here by the time reinforcements arrive"
Twilight twirled on her heel and started walking away from the explosions
She tossed a pistol over her shoulder "Good luck"

A massive explosion sends shockwaves through the ground. A mushroom cloud forms in the distance as a tiny black dot slowly gets bigger as it comes closer to the house and the group.

"That doesn't look good." Shadow reloads his assault rifle and points it at the black dot.

The dot on the horizon starts to get bigger until you can see what it really is. A large, heavily muscled demon lumbered towards them.

Shadow stops aiming at the Demon, staring as it spawns a bunch of smaller Demons. "Any bright ideas?" Shadow asks.

Suddenly, some of the smaller demons explode. I come running from the desert in a blood rage, my eyes glowing and pulsing red in the darkness. I unload my shotgun into the large demon's back and flip over it. I jump and stab it in the eye and quickly jump on top of it before planting a grenade on its head. I jump off before it explodes in a large black mist. I stare at the black stain on the sand before I topple over, my eyes back to their original color.

Then suddenly, a GUN helicopter flys into the scene, followed by jeeps and men on foot. "Sir, I'm going to have to ask you to follow me." A soldier grabs Shadow's arm. He notices Beltway refusing to follow as he begins throwing soldiers around. "Beltway! Listen to the soldiers." Shadow motions Beltway to drop the soldiers.

"Oh alright. HRR!" I say as I crush a soldiers neck before dropping him. I walk over to Shadow and pick up my guns before a GUN soldier picks them up.

"Drop the guns sir." A soldier orders.

"Are you gonna make me?" I ask the soldier menecingly. I side-swipe him and stand behind him as he lays on the sand, struggling to get up. "Not gonna happen." I tell him.

"Beltway, your out of ammunition anyways... Give them the guns." Shadow glares at Beltway.

"Okay. But they have to work for it!" I pull out my combat knife and ready it.

Shadow walks away with the soldiers, ignoring the other soldiers flying around.

I catch up to him, wiping the blood of my blade. "So, what are THEY doing here anyway?" I ask Shadow.

"Quarantine perhaps?" Shadow closes his eyes.

"I highly doubt that. If this was a quarintine, they should have brought more men." I say as I smile menecingly. I look at the group of jeeps and see Tails lying in the back with a black eye. "Hey! What the hell!" I tell Shadow what I see.

"Hmph.." Shadow rolls his eyes. "Weak..."

I run over too the jeep and bust open the lock. A GUN soldier tries to stop me and I kick him in the balls before I roundhouse kick him the face. I struggle to pull him out of the jeep. I ask Shadow to help me.
