Who's stronger? Sonic or Shadow?

Let's start with a great discussion here on the forum? Who's more stronger? Sonic or Shadow? Don't just go around and say "SONIC!", give your reasons so the next poster could analyze your opinion whether he should agree with you or prove his point why it isn't.

So in my opinion, Shadow is more superior. Not because he's my favorite but he doesn't have killing restraints unlike Sonic who's still resisting the urge to kill or doesn't want to use his power.

That's all I can say.

I think Sonic. Because he's my favourite and he's so blinding fast that Shadow can't hit him.

He can just slow him down with Chaos Control and kick him in the head. Like in STH06.

i think SONIC Because He can run SUPER SUPER FAST

he can use his speed around Shadow to make him Dizzy

Sonic could get his emerald within the blink of an eye before he could even say Chaos Control.

But even if Sonic got his hands on the Chaos Emerald, Shadow can still control time to get the emerald from Sonic's hands right? But even still, Sonic has leg power. The strength of his legs is equal to Knuckle's strength so he could blow Shadow away in a single kick but like what Sol27 said, Sonic still resists the urge to hurt someone viciously or so.

Unless he goes Dark Super Sonic or Darkspine.

He's Sonic, you can't expect him to do nothing suprising.

I thought Sonic is able to go Dark Super anytime he's angry for something.

That was only in Sonic X, the show's not even mainstream. Anyways it's just called "Dark Sonic" not Dark Super Sonic. Dark Super Sonic is just in Nazo Unleashed which is fan made so it's not real.

Some people still call it Dark Super Sonic. I didn't call it that the first time!

Anyways, when it comes to weapon artillery Shadow has the upper hand. Well sure Sonic can now handle a sword but what does he got up against Shadow's large range of knowledge about using weapons whether it's melee or ranged.

I think his blinding speedcan dodge any attacks.

Any attacks? Heck, Sonic was easily captured by the police in SA2.

I would of spun UNDER a cop car and ran off.

There where only robots... I STILL choose Sonic!

I personally prefer Sonic. His running Skills would probably be enough to get away from Shadow. Minus the fact that I think Sonic is better opinion wise.
