Not really. He's offering moderator positions for people who have an account at SZF if they have at least 150 posts. Tana n' I made that requirement and applied for moderator position.

Actually Gary, both of them were previously mods until I decided to clean up the staff who were inactive. By the time these two came back, I've decided it's just right for them to regain their previous status so it's not bribing and I've known both of these guys for a long time so I can trust them to moderate the forum.

Well I wasn't promoting that post thing anymore. I haven't even got one person to be a mod because he had 150 posts, like I said both Tana and Shadic were previous mods here so I just got them to retain their status.

Not to be mean,but i think we should just be with these mods for now.Because then it'll be "Awww no one cares about me.Can i be mod too?" then the next person "If he/she can be mod,can i be one too?" etc.

But i do encourage more mods when we have a bigger community. :) I think we should keep planning on making this place bigger,then you might have your chance to shine!

Well, in my opinion, four moderators are enough for a forum this big. We shouldn't get another moderator until we get about, mabye say 150-200 members?

And Ismo, don't be ridiculous. We all care about you. Skyle cares about you too. You just probably have to gain his trust a little more. I've known Skyle for about 1-2 years now, so yeah.
