Who's stronger? Sonic or Shadow?

First topic message reminder :

Let's start with a great discussion here on the forum? Who's more stronger? Sonic or Shadow? Don't just go around and say "SONIC!", give your reasons so the next poster could analyze your opinion whether he should agree with you or prove his point why it isn't.

So in my opinion, Shadow is more superior. Not because he's my favorite but he doesn't have killing restraints unlike Sonic who's still resisting the urge to kill or doesn't want to use his power.

I personally prefer Sonic. His running Skills would probably be enough to get away from Shadow. Minus the fact that I think Sonic is better opinion wise.

Yeah, even Shadow got defeated by Sonic in Sonic Chronicles.

Haven't played that.

@Dash: Some people could find the way you said that to be offensive.

Chronicles was a good game, but there were a lot of plotholes, especially with Sonic, Shadow & the Gang.

That's the reason why Sega isn't gonna continue the series anymore but who knows? Maybe they will at some point but I'm not gonna look forward to it but hey, Sonic Chronicles wasn't all that bad.

Meh, the escaping sequences were kinda tedious for me but anyways lets get back on topic. Lets think of the advantages shall we? Shadow can swim while Sonic still fears water so I guess when they'll battle on a watery area, Shadow has the upper hand.

Sonic can run on water.

Sure he can, but he won't run forever while dodging all those Chaos attacks.

I guess Sonic & Shadow are both equal skills wise.
But overall I think Sonic is stronger for some readon.

Can't really decide. I guess Sonic, because Shadow is said to be an "Artificial life form." But then Shadow, because of his powers. Hm... this is tough. But if both Knuckles and Sonic fused into their super form, it would be a draw.

I honestly think that Shadow is stronger because he has chaos powers and speed. Sonic only has speed, and Shadow can just use chaos control to slow him down. So, yeah.

I believe Shadow is stronger than Sonic, not by strength, but that Shadow has nothing really to lose if he goes all out and tries to kill, Sonic can't really let go like that or risk losing his friends.

Sonic is the strongest because sonic has many levels of his super forms

Sonic also has his hyper forms

If I gotta choose...SHADOW! man, that wasn't all that hard! First off, Shadow has guns. EFFING GUNS! You ever see Sonic with a freakin' SMG? Nyeww! Second, his Chaos powers are just tew effin good 4 more words, and dammit, he's ifreakinmmortal!so there u has it.

honestly,Shadow is stronger because of his chaos control abilities.In games,Sonic is stronger.

Ima Have To Say Shadow. Putting All Emeralds and Powers Aside. Iv'e Always Seen It Like Sonic Has Good Speed And Great Accelaration, But Shadow Has Good Speed AND Strength And (As Someone So Rightly Pointed Out On Page 1) The Attitude Of A Kangaroo In Heat.

Plus, Shadow Can Hold A Gun, Sonic Can't, So If It Came To It........ BLAM! Gone.

I think sonic is the fatest of all creature of the world THAS WHY I LIKE IT!!!
