Think about it, Shadow was put in suspended animation for 50 years, but that doesn't mean his body is 50 years old. He is the ultimate "lifeform", which means he could age. It's kind of like Tikal, who has been in the emerald for centuries, but if she returned, she'd still be 14 years old. So I think Shadow works the same. I don't think he's immortal. Discuss.

Yep, just look at "Shadow the Hedgehog" or "SA2". It was only shown that Shadow was only sent to sleep and just awoke after 50 years by Dr. Eggman and nothing shows that he is immortal.
