My truth...

From grade 3 to grade 6, I've been failing grades. But apparently, the school won't hold me back in elementary school. So, I haven't been getting the motivation I really needed to pass grades. But now in middle school, they won't think twice about holding me back. I've been cutting it close but I can still pass with the marks I got now. The only problem here and there is that I've been slipping a bit. All I'm asking for is the knowledge that I have people who are rooting for me to get myself through grade 7 and the next 5 grades. I've just haven't had the courage to tell my friends for this reason: A person who I don't treat too well hangs around with my buddy thetopshelf12*, I've noticed he trys to act cool by being a complete a-hole, and I'm just afraid of what his response may be. All I'm asking is, can I do this? Do I have people who trust I can pass this grade?

I've got your back. I KNOW you can pass this grade.

To be honest, I don't even see the problem. At your level you shouldn't be worrying too hard about it, it's those later grades that'll get you down. What you need to do is stress down and not push yourself. Sure, I'm rooting for you too, but don't let all that work get to your head. I can tell you stress is worse than losing a few marks.

That's not to say don't try. Really, keep going and do your best- Just don't worry too much. If you get held back, think of it as a second chance highschoolers never get. And at that I say- Good luck!

Thanks guys! Just to keep you caught up, I got my interm report today for math/science and so far, it's a pass! But still, I got to work harder on that dreaded english. The teacher expects way too much from me, so it'll be a close shave if I pass english. But thank GOD were just doing a book report before the year ends. So I may have this in the bag. But still, I need to really bust my butt if I wanna pass, and the support is really keeping me determined to never give up. I appreciate the support, you guys are my best buds! I promise I won't let you down!
